Hello! Thank you for taking the time to learn more about Atlas! My name is Meaghan Walker! I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and founder of Atlas Autism Testing. I began working with children with Autism as a nanny and completely fell in love with this amazing population. I worked my way up to becoming a BCBA and was able to experience working in a variety of settings including in-home, school and center-based ABA services. Through these direct services I got many first-hand accounts of the difficulties families experience when trying to obtain beneficial services for their children and loved ones, including being able to be seen for an evaluation. It was from this experience that Atlas was created - to give families an alternative route to evaluation and to share my knowledge and experience to help guide families as they begin navigating this journey.
